INTRODUCING OUR FLEXIBLE TRAINING SCHEDULE FOR
SPRING AND SUMMER CLASSES!!
We know your time is precious and when the weather gets warmer, your schedule gets busier so we've changed our training curriculum to fit your needs! Classes will be held on a rolling basis - no 6 week straight committment if you don't want to! Start at any time and skip a class without penalty when you need to. We will also be offering special intensive Seminars to focus on problem areas and Canine Good Citizen testing throughout the season.

Classes are held either in store or outside in the back parking lot weather permitting.
Registrations is required before attending your first session. Please bring soft, good smelling treats and a hungry dog to class. Appropriate equipment includes a flat collar and/or a harness with a 6 foot nylon or leather leash. No retractable leashes, please.
Vaccinations required include DHPP and Rabies. Bordetella is also recommended but not required. Titers will be accepted.
Please do not bring sick dogs to class. Dog parents are still encouraged to attend and learn without their dog.

Puppy Socialization / AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy
S.T.A.R. Puppy class focuses on socialization with other dogs, people and different environments while learning basic cues such as sit, down, focus/watch me, loose leash walking, recall and more! We will cover topics such as responsible ownership, training/walking equipment, vaccinations, grooming, potty training and more. Through a mixture of play and training, we will show you how to start your relationship with your puppy off on the right foot and build meaningful and respectful communication. All members of the family are encouraged to attend and participate. Puppies that attend at least 6 sessions will be eligible for their AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy certificate. To learn more about the S.T.A.R. This class is for continued socialization for young dogs that have been through puppy class or adult dogs without prior training. This class is best suited for dogs between 5 months and approx. 2 years of age. We will play training games to strengthen your relationship with your dog as well as work on common manners such as leash walking, go to place, beign calm around other dogs and polite greetings. This is a fun and relaxed class that focuses on enjoying your time with your dog while still learning!

Please note that enrollment in class may vary due to the rolling nature of class. Some weeks will have few dogs in it and others may have more. Letting us know ahead of time that dates you plan to attend will help us greatly in making sure class is always a positive experience for everyone.
