Our private lessons are intentionally structured as shorter, focused sessions. Dogs learn best in clear, contained bursts with clean repetitions – not extended sessions that lead to mental fatigue or confusion about what actually matters.

By keeping sessions efficient and goal-driven, we’re able to make meaningful progress while giving dogs time between lessons to process, practice, and build reliability at home – where behavior actually counts.

Private lessons are 30 minutes. They are intentionally designed to stay focused and productive, allowing dogs and owners to stay engaged and process information clearly. The emphasis is on clarity, consistency and carryover between sessions – not stretching time for the sake of it.

No. All private training takes place at our facility. While home environments can feel familiar, they’re often more distracting and can make learning less clear. Our facility allows us to create a calm, controlled starting point and then thoughtfully layer in real-world distractions.


With access to a living-room-style space, people, dogs, and everyday activity, we’re able to build skills that transfer reliably into life at home, rather than practicing in an environment that’s already overloaded.

We’ll help you decide. We start with a conversation to learn more about your dog, your goals and what you’re going through right now. From there, we’ll recommend the best starting point based on what will be most helpful.

Private training programs are paid in full at enrollment. This allows us to reserve your spot, plan your lessons intentionally, and keep the focus on progress rather than session-by-session decisions.
